These terms apply to participation in the Dice Tower East 2026 marketplace hosted on Virtual Flea Markets. By joining this event's marketplace, you agree to these terms in addition to the platform-wide Terms of Service.
This event may charge a fee on completed sales. The fee structure is disclosed when you join the marketplace. By accepting these terms, you agree to pay any applicable fees on your completed transactions.
Sellers must notify the event administrator within 3 days of the event ending if an item was not picked up or a sale fell through. Failure to report may affect your ability to participate in future events.
All invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Failure to pay may result in restricted participation in future Virtual Flea Market and Dice Tower East events, subject to review by the event administrator.
All item exchanges for this event take place in person at the designated meetup area during the convention. Buyers and sellers are responsible for coordinating meetup times within the event schedule.
The event administrator reserves the right to remove listings, suspend marketplace access, or take other actions necessary to ensure a fair and safe marketplace experience for all participants.
All participants are also bound by the Virtual Flea Markets platform Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these event-specific terms and the platform terms, the platform terms shall prevail unless the event-specific terms impose stricter requirements.
In addition to these event-specific terms, all users are subject to the Virtual Flea Markets platform Terms of Service.
