These terms apply to participation in the Spilavin 2026 marketplace hosted on Virtual Flea Markets. By joining this event's marketplace, you agree to these terms in addition to the platform-wide Terms of Service.
The event administrator reserves the right to remove listings, suspend marketplace access, or take other actions necessary to ensure a fair and safe marketplace experience for all participants.
This event may charge a fee on completed sales. The fee structure is disclosed when you join the marketplace. By accepting these terms, you agree to pay any applicable fees on your completed transactions.
All participants are also bound by the Virtual Flea Markets platform Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these event-specific terms and the platform terms, the platform terms shall prevail unless the event-specific terms impose stricter requirements.
